Diabolik is one of the icons of Italian comics. Created in 1962 by Angela and Luciana Giussani, this character actually originated the figure of the king of crime, a robber who has elevated theft to the state of the art. This example of stylistic drawing has become a protagonist in cult film, animated cartoons, videogames, and an endless series of fashion items bearing his unmistakable image.
Published in Italy for more than forty years by Astorina publishing, some of the most exciting adventures are now revived in Apple Store to be made available every two weeks in an exclusive adaptation in collaboration with MobFarm S.r.l. (iDiTeam)

Now, an innovative comic reading system debuts on iPhone, created to best reproduce the atmosphere of the original series, destined to become a standard in this sector. The reader can follow the story simply by displaying one balloon after another with a simple touch of a finger on the screen, or by choosing to scroll through the pages by dragging it across the screen, with the ability to resume reading at any point of the narration.

The system is carefully designed to respect personal time for enjoying the comic while making it dynamic and interactive. In this first episode, titled “The colossal heist” Diabolik is after a shipment of an enormous sum of money protected by an impenetrable security system.

    The app is broken and does not work. Only shows intro and NOTHING else. On iPod touch with software 3.0. Either fix the app or take down. Even a free app should work.
